Kelly J. Rauch graduated Magna Cum Laude from Van Wert High School in 1989. After high school, she attended Kent State University graduating in 1993 with a Cum Laude academic distinction and earning both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Upon receiving her undergraduate degree, Kelly continued her studies at the University of Akron’s School of Law where she earned a Juris Doctorate in 1998.
After being admitted into the Bar, Kelly began her legal career as a law clerk with the 9th District Court of Appeals. July 1, 2000, Kelly returned to her home town of Van Wert, Ohio, to work as an associate for Rice Law Office, which is know known as Diller & Rice, LLC. During that time, she focused primarily on criminal, family law, estate planning, probate, juvenile, appellate and real estate law.
In January, 2017, Kelly accepted a position as a part-time prosecutor for Van Wert County which allows her to maintain a private practice. Kelly continues to focus primarily on domestic relations, estate planning, probate, juvenile, appellate and real estate law.
Kelly is currently an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Van Wert County Bar Association where she served as the association’s President.
She is a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, a past member of the Van Wert Area Jaycees, and a past member of the YWCA Board of Directors.
